Justin Chauffeurs offers 15 minutes free waiting time. However, if the duration exceeds, additional waiting costs will be applied. For airport pickups, we offer 30 minutes waiting time.
No, there are no extra charges for the PCO registered vehicles and all our vehicles are PCO registered.
No extra 20% VAT is applied.
No, we offer a zero payment cancellation policy. If you don’t wish to go, you are free to cancel your booking.

What happens if the arrival time changes (arrives early or delayed)?
We monitor all the flights and our chauffeur will be there at the arrival hall even if the flight is delayed or arrives early.
We don’t add this during your booking. It will be added to your invoice but need not worry, minimal charge is added.
Your chauffeur will be waiting at the arrival hall holding a name board and if provided with a mobile number, an SMS will be sent to you just before the flight lands. If you still can not find your chauffeur, you can directly call your chauffeur.
